What happens to unused credits?

For pay-as-you-go, credits stay in your wallet indefinitely. For monthly plans, unused credits roll over for up to three months before expiring.

Do failed extractions count?

No. We only charge credits when you use a completed extraction result. If we cannot process a document, your credits are not consumed.

Can I upgrade?

Yes. You can switch to a higher plan at any time. Existing credits stay available before your next billing cycle starts.

Can I switch to BYOK?

Yes. BYOK is designed for users who prefer to manage their own AI usage while keeping Img2Sheet as the workflow layer.

What is self-hosted?

Self-hosted runs Img2Sheet inside your own environment. We provide deployment support and a private setup for teams with strict security or compliance requirements.
