- Google Account Information: Name and email address via Google OAuth authentication.
- Uploaded Images: Images uploaded for data extraction (immediately deleted after processing).
- Payment Information: If you purchase credits, you provide payment details directly to our third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store payment details.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Log Data: We store metadata related to extracted data (e.g., request logs) to track usage, monitor failures, and handle disputes.
- Cookies & Tracking Technologies: Essential cookies are used for authentication, session management, and checkout.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Authenticate users and provide access to the Img2Sheet extension.
- Extract relevant data and automatically insert it into the user’s chosen Google Sheets file.
- Maintain logs for system monitoring and dispute resolution.
- Improve our services through debugging and technical support.
- Process payments and track user credit usage.
🚫 We do NOT use Google user data to train AI or machine learning models.
🚫 We do NOT access files outside the folder you explicitly select.
🚫 We do NOT use Google user data for advertising, analytics, or profiling.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
- Uploaded images are immediately deleted after data extraction.
- Google OAuth data (name, email, folder ID) is retained for authentication and folder monitoring only.
- Request logs are stored securely for system tracking, fraud prevention, and resolving payment disputes.
- You may request deletion of your account or data by contacting us at contact@img2sheet.com.
4. Data Sharing, Transfer, & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data (name, email, folder ID) to third parties. We may disclose data in the following cases:
