Img2Sheet sells digital products only. This includes BYOK Lifetime Deals, subscription plans, one-time credit purchases, and credits included with any plan.
We do not sell or ship physical products. Because of this, there are no physical returns, return shipping fees, return labels, restocking fees, or physical return addresses.
Free Trial
Img2Sheet may offer free trial credits so users can test the service before making a purchase.
We recommend testing Img2Sheet before buying a paid plan, Lifetime Deal, subscription, or credits.
Digital Products
All Img2Sheet products are digital products, including:
- BYOK Lifetime Deals
- Subscription plans
- One-time credit purchases
- Monthly credits included with a plan
- Lifetime Deal credits
- Any other digital access or usage credits
Digital products are delivered through your Img2Sheet account. No physical item will be shipped.
Credits Are Non-Refundable
All credits are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Purchased credits
- Used credits
- Unused credits
- Monthly credits included with a plan
- Credits included with a Lifetime Deal
- Expired credits
- Credits linked to subscription plans
- Credits linked to BYOK plans
Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred, or converted to cash.
BYOK Lifetime Deal Refunds
BYOK refunds apply only to Img2Sheet Lifetime Deal purchases that require the customer to bring their own OpenAI API key.
BYOK refunds do not apply to subscription plans, even if a subscription plan uses BYOK.
A BYOK Lifetime Deal may be eligible for a refund within the first 7 days after purchase.
To qualify for a BYOK Lifetime Deal refund:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- The request must be related to the BYOK Lifetime Deal itself.
- The account must not show abuse, fraud, or policy misuse.
- The refund must not be related to used, unused, expired, or included credits.
After 7 days, BYOK Lifetime Deal purchases are final and non-refundable.
Subscription Plans
Subscription payments are non-refundable once the subscription period has started.
This includes subscription plans that use BYOK.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. However, previous subscription payments and any credits included with the subscription are non-refundable.
Canceling a subscription does not refund previous charges.
Lifetime Deals
Lifetime Deals are digital products.
Lifetime Deals are non-refundable, except for BYOK Lifetime Deals that qualify under the 7-day BYOK Lifetime Deal refund policy above.
Any credits included with a Lifetime Deal are non-refundable.
OpenAI API Key and Third-Party Costs
Some Img2Sheet plans may require you to bring your own OpenAI API key.
Img2Sheet is not responsible for OpenAI API charges, third-party service costs, invalid API keys, rejected API keys, usage limits, or issues related to your own OpenAI account.
OpenAI API costs and other third-party costs are not refundable by Img2Sheet.
No Physical Returns
Img2Sheet does not accept physical returns because all products are digital.
There are:
- No physical returns
- No return shipping fees
- No return labels
- No restocking fees
- No product return address
- No exchanges for physical goods
Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or if there was a billing error, contact us at:

Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
